Connecting your Feit Electric Smart Indoor Camera using the Feit Electric app is a simple process that can be accomplished through multiple convenient methods. This article will guide you through each method to ensure a successful connection.
Before you can connect the Indoor Camera you should first install it. Please watch one of these videos depending on whether your product is battery or hardwired installed.

Once you have successfully installed your Smart Camera and the LED indicator light is flashing, you are ready to connect to the Feit app using one of two methods:
Getting Ready to Connect
1) Download and register your account in the Feit Electric app.
- If this is your first time setting up a Feit Electric smart device, download the Feit Electric app from the Google Play or the Apple App Store (if you haven't done so already) and log in, or register to create an account.
Note: If you don't receive a verification code when registering, check your spam folder(s). |
2) Allow notifications.
3) Allow access to your location.
EZ Mode - Use this method to pair your Smart Indoor Camera to the Feit Electric App
1) Open your Feit Electric App and choose the location of your smart camera.
- Choose location and then, tap and device OR the + sign in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Then, select your device type by tapping Security and Cameras. then Camera.
2) Make sure EZ Mode method is selected in the top right hand corner of the app screen and that the indicator light is flashing on your camera indicating it's in pairing mode.
- If your indicator light is not flashing, press and hold the reset button on the back of your device until you hear an audible tone.
3) Enter your Wi-Fi's network name and password. Be sure to double check that you are connected to a 2.4GHz network.

4) When the connection is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation screen. Press done to complete the connection process.

4) Once you have successfully connected to your Wi-Fi network, the app will generate a QR Code. Hold the phone 6-12 inches away from the camera, with the QR Code clearly visible on the screen.
- Wait until you hear the connection tone, then press "I heard the beep" to begin pairing.
5) When the connection is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation screen. Press done to complete the connection process.
