I Can't Get the Remote to Work with my Smart Strip Light

Troubleshoot connecting remote to the Smart Strip Light

If you are having trouble getting your Smart Strip light to connect with the remote here are some troubleshooting tips.

1. Take the battery out of the remote and put it back in.
2. Make sure the Strip Light is “OFF”.
3. Detach the “Controller Module COMPLETELY” from the Power Adapter and USB-C end for 10 seconds and then Re-plug the Strip Light back into the Controller Module with Power Adapter.

       4. After reattaching everything, press the "ON" and "OFF" buttons on the Handheld Remote three times in a sequence (on, off, on, off, on, off). This action will resolve the issue.
