Problems changing colors using Smart Wi-Fi Bulbs
If you are having trouble changing color temperature or colors within the Feit Electric app it could help to reset the bulbs, clear the cache, and try reconnecting them again using the Feit Electric app.
There is no need to delete the bulb, all you need to do is turn the bulbs on/off/on three times until they start flashing rapidly then go through the process of reconnecting the bulbs using the Feit Electric app.
You should also check to be sure the color saturation is set to 100% so any color change is clearly visible.
Here's how to check.
- Open up your Feit Electric app and press the device icon to reach the home page.
- Then select the color picker.
- Then check to ensure that the color saturation slider in the Feit Electric app is set to 100%.
