If you have successfully installed your smart sensor before, but it is no longer working the same way, keeps disconnecting, or is offline in the Feit Electric app, then your device has most likely lost power or access to the internet.
Any of these issues could cause your device to need reconnecting:
- Internet service provider disruption.
- Router or modem equipment failure
- Loss of power from the battery
- Changes to the network such as a new network name, new network password, or a new router or range extender
Disconnecting could also be happening due to poor Wi-Fi signal strength.
