LIFX customers will continue to get assistance with technical and product-related issues via the LIFX customer support team regardless of where the item was originally purchased.   Please visit LIFX Support for help.

In addition, LIFX Support will continue to assist with all valid warranty claims for North America.  For regions beyond where Feit Electric operates, you will be directed to the appropriate contact wherever possible.
