My new Feit Electric product is missing a part(s), what should I do?
We strive to ensure that all of our product packages have the necessary tools and parts needed for you to truly enjoy the product. We understand that this may be inconvenient for you, and we apologize for any frustration this may have caused.
If you made a recent purchase within the retail store's return policy, we recommend that you return the product to the store for a quick exchange. This would be the fastest way of receiving a product with all the essential parts.
However, if your purchase is outside of the return policy, or you do not wish to return the product, please submit a general ticket requesting the missing part. Our support team will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, and we will do our best to ensure that the missing part is sent to you promptly.
We should note that not all products with missing parts can be easily replaced. In some cases, returning the product to the retail store is still the best option if within the return policy. If the product you have does not have a replaceable part, we will inform you of that, and we will work with you to ensure that the issue is resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible. The product itself will have a warranty that we will honor.
