Need help with the Feit Electric 14" and 18" Rectangular LED Black Lanterns
We apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced with your recent purchase of the Feit Electric 14" or 18" Rectangular LED Black Lantern. We understand how frustrating it can be to discover that your bulb or glass casing arrived broken, or that the screws provided in the packaging are causing issues during installation. We’re here to help!
Installation Issues with Small Screws
Are the small screws provided in the packaging (CC) making it difficult to install the lantern? To resolve this, we can send you longer screws (#8-32X1.25"), which should make installation easier.
To request replacement screws:
- Please let us know how many fixtures you purchased. For each fixture, we will send 2 screws.
- Include your shipping address so we can send the replacement screws.

Broken Bulb or Glass Shade
If you’ve received your lantern and found that the bulb or glass shade is broken, we’re happy to send out replacements for both the Bulb (HH) and the Glass Shade (II) to make things right.
To request a replacement:
- Please let us know how many fixtures you purchased. We'll be happy to send a replacement for the broken bulb, glass shade, or both if they were both damaged.
- Include your shipping address so we can send the replacements to you.
