My Alexa doesn't recognize my Feit Electric smart product.
If you are having an issue with your Alexa not recognizing your Feit Electric device, please make sure the device is added to the Feit Electric app first.

Then confirm the Feit Electric Account is successfully linked to your ALEXA App.

If the above has been met, please verify the name is not conflicting with any Alexa Syntax Errors. Meaning, the naming convention for the smart device in both the Feit Electric app and Alexa app need to match.

Open up Alexa Devices
Please tap on the " + " in the upper right hand corner of the screen

Add Group
Select Add Group

Select Create Group
Select Create a room or device group

Confirm Create Group
Tap Next to advance to the Group section

Label Device Name something different from the Alexa common name
Common Alexa names will override any label name you give your device
