Here are the following steps as how to send a feedback in our Feit Electric app.
- Start by opening the Feit App. Then Select Profile>Help Center>Report Issue.
Once Report Issue appears, please tap the text shown in the box and a keyboard will appear on your screen. Type in your Name, Phone Number and Email Address used for the Feit Electric App. Then tap on Issue Type and select Other for both Issue Type.
Please confirm that the Name, Phone Number, and Issue Type “Other” is selected. Once confirmed, please enter your Login ID Only (phone number or email), as your contact method. Once confirmed, please tap the Orange “Submit” Button.
"Submit Successfully" will appear after clicking the submit button. All replies may be accessed in the "My Feedback" section.
Note: Following the procedures outlined above will aid us in upgrading the firmware on your device(s) and resolve any issues that may arise.
